Sino Israel Technology Innovations (SITI) was registered and established under Shanghai Bureau of Civil Administration as a non-government organization. Supervised by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, SITI was launched jointly by East China Normal University, National Eastern Tech-transfer Center (NETC), Taopu Smart City, Rong I.P. Consultants, and China-Israel Shanghai Innovation Center. SITI aims at furthering the cooperation between Shanghai and Israel on the municipal level, accelerating the all-dimension integration of innovative resources such as technology, capital, talents, and building a global-standard science and technology innovative service system. In this way, SITI could better assist Shanghai to create a science and technology innovation center with global influence.
